Our team members share a common sense of mission for delivering our customer’s products in a consistent manner that meets their timeline, while developing friendships and forming a second family.

Our management team prides themselves on being understanding as things in life come up and do their best to accommodate needs outside of the job - including time off as needed or offering support for a cause our team members believe in. Our compassionate leadership paired with our industry-competitive benefits are key reasons people join and stay on our team.
Each factory and department within MI Metals operates different shift requirements ranging from one to three shifts daily with a typical week requiring five to six days of work with opportunities for overtime. Our employees all undergo a physical examination prior to beginning on the job training to ensure they can handle the hot environment and maintain safety standards being required to lift heavy things as part of the job. Before working with the equipment, all of our team members are trained because workplace safety is our number one priority.
We Believe
We believe in giving back to the communities our team members and their families live in. We host events for fundraisers within each of the communities we have facilities in and collect items for food and health drives to ensure those in our community know our presence and our team members feel a sense of value living in and working in their communities.
We Connect
We believe in encouraging camaraderie on our team and support that by providing meals during the workday at various times throughout the year. We bring in catered meals for holidays and have managers host cook-outs for the team on special occasions as well.
