The look and feel of the final product matters not only to you, but also to your final end-customer.
We understand the finished requirements of a product vary based on the industry and end-use application. Our team will work with you to understand the industry applications for your extruded part and tailor our manufacturing process to keep the part looking and functioning as expected. As your needs change and industry trends shift, we are agile and eager to adapt our processes to align with emerging requirements.
Paint
Our three vertical electrostatic paint lines range from 18-20 foot lengths. As a result, we are able to finish your products in the color of your choosing using high solvent wet paint. We are AAMA compliant for AAMA 2603 and AAMA 2604.
A painted product often results in a more uniform look, but it also adds a layer of protection to the finished product. Because each industry is different, our team of finishing experts will work with you to determine the optimal solution from mill finish, anodize finish, or painted finish.
Anodize for
Extreme Conditions
Customers rely on our anodizing services to meet the requirements of extreme environmental conditions. The anodizing process creates a thicker and more durable oxidized layer. As a result, anodized products are often longer lasting and scratch resistant. The oxidized layer provides a protective barrier that is more durable with an increased hardness. Our 30-foot anodizing line can provide an excellent finish in a clear, class II anodic coating. We are AAMA compliant for AAMA 611-17 Class I and AAMA 611-17 Class II.
Many of our customers opt for an aluminum anodized finish for durability, color stability, ease of maintenance, dramatic cost savings, and aesthetics. This application of finishing is popular for products in architectural, marine, furniture, lighting and electronics markets.
