Our secondary operations include miter cuts to your specifications. If you need miter cutbacks or trims, our dedicated sales engineers will define each step in the process with you, while looking for ways to reduce cost and waste.

With an array of cutting options available, we can cut your extrusions to precise lengths. By employing a CNC controlled stop we can maintain length tolerances down to +/-0.031". By ensuring your extrusions are pre-cut to specific lengths you can receive them ready for incorporating into your assemblies or ready for further machining.
CNC Capabilities
We offer a suite of CNC machines with a range of capabilities. Our machinists work on 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines to create components up to 30 feet in length. We can machine everything from simple keyhole cuts to complex interfaces for your extrusion to mate with other components. This range of capabilities allows us to deliver a finished part that embodies greater value and efficiency with reduced handling.
