MI Metals is a national leader in aluminum extrusion manufacturing with facilities in Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, and Arizona.
Our in-house capabilities at each facility include extruding standard or custom aluminum profiles with mill, clear coat anodize, or wet solvent paint finishes. We offer a range of secondary operations such as CNC milling, cut-to-length, and support special packaging requirements.
Standard Profiles
Our suite of standard profiles include architectural angle, channel, flat bar, round bar, square bar, pipe, tee bar, rectangular tube, round tube, and square tube. These dies are built and available for any MI Metal customers.
Custom Profiles
We maintain a nimble team across each of our four facilities that can swiftly develop any custom dies to keep your operation running smoothly. While we maintain a range of standard profiles, we understand situations may require custom profiles.
Our die shop works with die makers to produce the dies and then we maintain the dies and toolings to meet your specifications — aligning with your tolerances and timeline. We know every cent can impact your bottom line, so when possible we work with you to reduce costs through material selection and design modifications.
Priorities Understood
Our team of experts in the die shop understand our press and fabrication systems and can help you achieve tight tolerances with a lightweight part that is repeatedly easy to machine. The team at MI Metals will dive deep to understand the industry you operate in and your specific priorities, which could range from finish quality to strength and safety. We help determine the secondary operations necessary to meet your aesthetic part requirements through anodizing and painting.
